We are looking for a few individuals who are self-driven and want to take on new challenges. The correct candidate for this career will be an individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of the people they connect with and wants to be a part of the team environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentation and finalize sales

Meet daily phone call and quote goals.

Meet sales goals in order to meet quotas set by the management team.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with a Go-Getter attitude. This is a salary-plus-commission position with additional bonus opportunities which allows you to be in control of your income. We are looking for someone that is dedicated, wants to succeed and is disciplined. Someone who wants to be a part of a successful team and do their part of achieving goals will be the perfect applicant for this position.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
