Insurance Sales Specialist

About the Role:

Join the Jose Chavez-Lindley Agency as an Insurance Sales Specialist and help families and businesses protect what matters most. You’ll sell auto, home, life, and business insurance while building lasting client relationships in a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain client relationships

Present and sell insurance products tailored to client needs

Follow up on leads and generate new business

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus

Active P&C and/or Life Insurance license preferred, but we’ll train motivated candidates willing to get licensed

Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-driven and goal-oriented

Benefits:
