Insurance Specialist

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Eugene. We are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to join the accounting team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain insurance policy submissions and cancellations
• Review schedules
• Submit transactions on a timely basis
• Work with the sales department to retrieve and verify information on all insurance documents
• Maintain a log of missing documents or those requiring attention
• General office clerical tasks

The successful candidate will be accurate and methodical in handling and processing paperwork and have knowledge of accounting processes for insurance for both vehicle sales and outside purchases. You must maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. The ability to manage multiple distractions while maintaining focus on a task is also required. You must have a working knowledge of PC operations and applications.
