Our insurance company is currently in a high-growth phase and we’re seeking an established recruiting expert to take the reins on our hiring process across all divisions. You’ll scope out job fairs and social media to find us the best up-and-coming insurance professionals to bring them to our team. Compensation:$35,000 - $45,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees
- Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent
- Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
- Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they’ve received an offer or not
- Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed
- Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates
Qualifications:- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting
- Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills
- B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary
- Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years
- Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
- Required to get a Property and Casualty license and assist new team members with onboarding. (We will supply the materials)
- Signing Bonus for those that get licensed
- 401(k)/Roth IRA options
- Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
- No weekends or Holidays
- Flexible hours
