We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, accurately documenting insurance information, and communicating effectively with patients and insurance providers to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement processes. Flexible work schedule: 7 am - 4 pm 8 am - 4:30 pm 8:30 am - 5 pm Full benefits package offered.

Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for services.
Accurately document insurance information and update patient records accordingly.
Communicate with patients to obtain necessary insurance details and clarify any discrepancies.
Liaise with insurance providers to obtain pre-authorizations and verify coverage for scheduled procedures or treatments.
Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims.
Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and coverage limitations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the healthcare facility.
