We’re The Amaro Law Firm, a well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff’s law firm in Houston, Texas. Our firm has been helping the injured and wronged for over 20+ years in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Intake Administrative Assistant with at least two years of administrative experience. This role supports the Intake Department with scheduling, reporting, lead management, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves a 90-day performance evaluation period, after which employee would qualify for paid time-off. Our office hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and we are looking for someone who can work a full 8-hour shift during those times. There are some "on call" after hours & weekend hours that would be required, but you are not required to be in the office. You carry a firm cell phone with you to respond to leads. Position does include opportunity for performance bonuses based on new client acquisition and positive testimonials by happy clients.
