Intake Assistant

Description

 Mickey Keenan, PA is boutique personal injury law firm fighting for people injured in automobile accidents. We are seeking an Intake Assistant to support the Intake department as well as some pre-litigation tasks. Job duties include the following, but are not limited to:
 

1. Updating the Firm’s databases and files, follow up on intake paperwork completion, referral sources, and other key metrics. 

2. Establish PIP, PD and BI claims for clients

3. Set up a rental vehicle and assist with any property damage issues with the insurance company. Proper communication and feedback should be provided to the client during entire process. 

4. Send all letters of representation 

5. Any other tasks the Intake Specialist may need

6. Order police reports 

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required. 
• Education and/or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of Personal Injury law is an asset.
• Attention to detail is a must 
• Ability to multi-task
• Self starter
