Sierra Meadows and Ascend Behavioral Health are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Intake Clinician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in setting the clinical foundation for both adolescents and adults entering treatment.

As we continue to expand services with new ventures, locations, and levels of care, we are seeking strategic and dynamic individuals to join our team 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform intake assessments (adults and adolescents)
• Deliver high-impact diagnostic work that informs treatment planning
• Collaborate closely with our admissions and clinical teams
• Write clear, accurate diagnostic reports and assessments
• Serve as the first point of clinical contact for new clients

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Licensed or license-eligible (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence in clinical decision-making
• Experience with DSM-5 criteria and diagnostic formulation
• Enjoyment of focused, data-driven clinical work
• Passion for helping clients take their first step toward healing
