Our sole focus is to help our clients get whole – to return the lives they had before the incident that caused their injuries. As our Intake Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance, demonstrating our firm's client-centric approach. Your role extends beyond mere sales; it is about establishing trust, understanding, and providing genuine support to individuals navigating challenging circumstances.
Job Description: Your ability to empathize with our clients' issues will be instrumental in building rapport and trust from the initial interaction. You will listen attentively to their concerns, demonstrating genuine understanding and compassion as you guide them through the process of seeking legal assistance.
