Intake Coordinator

Description

Mental Health organization seeking a full time Qualified Professional to work within our Intake Department. Duties include: managing referral calls; conducting intake with clients; entering information into Electronic Medical Record; tracking referrals; and developing person centered plans. Applicants should be skilled in developing person centered plans and be able to multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. 

Requirements

Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.  

Position is not intended for licensed clinicians

 Qualifications: Human Services with a 4-year degree in Human Services with at least 2 years of experience,
