Intake Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Admissions Intake Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and obtaining consent for medical procedures. As a primary point of contact, you will ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments in the eMedical Portal.

• Obtain and document patient consent for medical procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Work Environment

• Office-based position with regular computer and phone use.

• Requires sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Full-time (40+ hours per week)

• Monday–Friday schedule
