Job Description - Intake Paralegal - Bilingual

We are seeking an Intake Paralegal for our Phoenix office.

About the job:
This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. Responding to calls efficiently and accurately, including addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Available Schedules:

Tuesday - Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

Entry to mid-level experience with 2-4+ years in a Personal Injury Law firm environment.
REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficient computer and administrative skills.
Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Intake Paralegal experience.

Total Compensation Package:

Hourly/Salary to match an entry to mid-level experience
