Intake Paralegal (Th-Sun 11pm-7am)

Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, seeks an Intake Paralegal to join the team

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 11pm-7am 
 

The Position: 

The position will generally entail answering incoming calls and responding efficiently and accurately to callers including addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and other administrative duties. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to interact in a caring manner with potential new clients over the phone. Candidates will be a part of a fast-paced team environment that is committed to great work and enjoying what we do.  Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to interact with clients over the phone and in person. Spanish speaking is required for this position. 

Responsibilities: 

• Interacting in a caring manner with potential new clients over the phone and in person 

• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers. 

• Addressing caller concerns. 

• Notifying paralegals and investigators. 

• Providing excellent customer service. 

• Performing other administrative duties. 

Qualifications: 

• Proficient computer and administrative skills. 

• Overall organization and attention to detail are absolutely necessary.  

• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.  

• Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, collaborative, and ready to bring the ROAR to Thompson Law – the Lion Law Firm – clients.     

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
