Intake Representative

REMOTE/HYBRID – Mon-Fri, no experience needed, anywhere in the U.S.

We’re looking for compassionate people to join our highly-skilled intake team, which includes former teachers, customer service representatives, and a variety of other diverse backgrounds. 

What the day looks like: 

Every call is different. In this important role, as the first impression of our firm you will work alongside a close-knit team spread across the U.S. to answer new calls, chats, and emails primarily from injured people. It requires a high degree of empathy and resilience as many callers are facing very difficult circumstances. 

You’ll have the opportunity to be a source of stability and comfort, as you get the facts about their situation and guide them through their options. 

It’s a good fit for people who are great communicators and highly professional. 

• Is available to work shifts during the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, with occasional weekends and holidays (these are shared between a group of people).
