**This position is open to local residents of Phoenix, Arizona**

JOB DESCRIPTION

This entry-level role focuses on growing the company’s buyer and supplier lists for real estate investments. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, working closely with team members to enhance outreach strategies, and getting comfortable with various platforms to improve engagement with Real Estate investors.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient with computers
• Type 40 WPM
• Familiar with G Suite
• Positive, proactive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with a variety of platforms to obtain new clients.
• Social media outreach
• Data research
• Data entry
• Cultivate and maintain high level client relationships
• Collaborate with team to streamline work processes
• Cold Calling to Real Estate Investors
• Work with an energetic team and have loads of fun!

PAY STRUCTURE

$18-20/hr with bonus structure based on company performance.
