Position Overview:
As an Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression for potential clients. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries, gathering essential information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather relevant information
- Schedule appointments and consultations for attorneys and legal staff
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and case management systems
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely communication
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal, medical, or professional services setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with CRM or case management software (experience with Clio, Lawmatics, or similar is a plus)
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
