  Receive, open, scan, and log incoming mail and packages using Excel and internal systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and log documents accurately for tasks including Plate Logs and New/Reject workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare documents for OCR scanning by removing staples and organizing paperwork.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform OCR processing and billing data entry using Abbyy software.

  
  


• 
  

  Open, sort, and organize multi-state renewals in numerical order.

  
  


• 
  

  Process and track FedEx returns using Excel, Zendesk, and Transtitle.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate postage and folding machines and support daily mailroom operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Generate expiring and GA reports using Excel and Transtitle.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect and manage empty FedEx packages.

  
  


• 
  

  Support temporary tag view management within Zendesk and Transtitle.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  
  

What are we looking for?

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems.

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
