DeMayo Law Offices is seeking a skilled and compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out during a crisis. In this essential role, you’ll answer incoming calls, evaluate potential personal injury cases, and guide prospective clients with clarity and empathy. What You’ll Do:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls, setting a professional and supportive tone for every interaction
• Apply firm intake protocols to assess the eligibility of potential clients
• Retrieve and review accident reports, schedule consultations, and walk clients through the intake process
• Clearly explain the benefits of legal representation with our firm—and what next steps look like
• Deliver respectful, honest feedback when a case doesn’t meet the firm’s criteria
• Accurately document calls and assist with follow-up communications and administrative intake tasks
• Represent the firm with care, confidence, and compassion at every stage of the intake experience
• Meet performance targets for call volume and appointments set

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a legal, insurance, or customer service setting
• At least 1 year of sales or intake experience required (legal or personal injury experience strongly preferred)
• Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• A calm, client-focused mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Passion for helping others and being a steady, reliable first impression
