Position Overview
The Intake Triager position is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing incoming referral documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to order entry and clinical review. This role serves as a critical quality checkpoint within the intake workflow by ensuring all required patient, provider, insurance, and medication information is present before referrals move to the next stage of the specialty pharmacy process.
This position will collaborate with providers, referral sources, patient care coordinators, pharmacists, and reimbursement specialists to resolve missing or inaccurate information while maintaining productivity, quality, and regulatory standards.
Work Schedule
Location: Laguna Hills, CA (On-site position; remote work is not available at this time.) Training will take place in Orange for the first four weeks, after which the position will transition to the Laguna Hills office upon successful completion of training.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
Pay Range: $23 - $25 Hourly, DOE
