Job Overview:

Intake/Litigation Support Agent serves as the initial point of contact, embodying Reciprocity Industries’ values and making a positive impression on our clients. You will create a welcoming atmosphere through exceptional customer service and effective communication. You will continually strive to enhance personal performance and improve customer satisfaction. Upholding Reciprocity Industries standards, you will reassure clients and guide them through procedures, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Obtain client information via inbound and outbound calls, interviews, and verification through various channels (text, email, fax).
• Reassure and maintain effective communication with clients during information-gathering processes, providing clear explanations, answering inquiries, and offering additional guidance or resources as needed.
• Uphold and enhance quality outcomes by adhering to company standards, suggesting procedural improvements, and optimizing the client experience.
• Stay updated on new campaign requirements and participate in educational opportunities to expand campaign knowledge.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
