We're hiring a passionate and experienced Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician to join our interdisciplinary care teamworking directly alongside primary care providers to deliver fast, effective, and compassionate behavioral interventions in a medical setting.

What You'll Do

• Deliver brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions to diverse patients in primary care.

• Support care teams in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and motivational communication.

• Guide patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, substance use, and depression.

• Lead crisis response, conduct risk assessments, and connect patients with specialty services.

• Contribute to team huddles, care planning, and education efforts across the organization.

You Bring

• Active CA license as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

• Clinical experience with adults, children, or adolescents

• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care

• Experience in primary care or medical settings preferred

• Passion for integrated, community-based behavioral health
