Pawnee Mental Health is a mission-driven, non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving 10 counties across North-Central Kansas. We provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families in underserved communities, and we are actively seeking dedicated, compassionate therapists who want their work to truly matter.
We are proud of our collaborative, team-oriented culture where every role plays a part in helping clients build healthier, more stable lives.
As an Integrated Care Therapist, you bring mental health care directly to clients who might otherwise struggle to access it. You will work with children experiencing Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) and adults living with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), often providing services in clients’ homes or community settings.
This role removes barriers, builds trust, and helps people make meaningful progress in their daily lives. If you are passionate about community-based care and value relationships just as much as clinical outcomes, this role offers purpose and impact.
We value your expertise and the work you do in the community. Our compensation reflects that.

Generous PTO starting at 15 days per year and increasing to 24 days after your first anniversary
Paid Medical Leave with 40 hours available immediately upon hire
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Optional supplemental benefits including additional life insurance, short-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and ambulance transportation
We are seeking licensed clinicians who are committed to ethical, compassionate, and community-centered care. This role is well-suited for LPCs, LSCSWs, and LMFTs who want to work directly with clients in real-world settings and be part of a supportive clinical team.
At Pawnee, therapists are supported, respected, and encouraged to grow. You will receive strong clinical supervision, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to do meaningful work every day. Your voice matters here, and so does your well-being.
If you are looking for a counseling role that combines purpose, flexibility, strong compensation, and real community impact, we would love to hear from you.
