Job Summary:

At NMG, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions to our Members. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Integrated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Omnichannel Marketing team. The role is focused on categories including Bedding, Home Appliances, and Consumer Electronics, with a primary emphasis on leading brands such as Serta Simmons Bedding, Tempur Sealy International, GE Appliances, Whirlpool, and Electrolux.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with enterprise clients to oversee projects and enhance NMG service and solution adoption, fostering business growth for each Member. This pivotal position will engage with Members to grasp their individual needs and goals, building strong client relationships and crafting tailored marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement and sales growth.

Attention to detail is crucial and the candidate will be measured on execution of strategies within scope and budget. The candidate should be adept at independently prioritizing and managing their workload, communicating professionally, multi-tasking, and making solid business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Joint Marketing Planning
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Shopper Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, and Merchant teams, to develop comprehensive, digitally focused strategies for key accounts.
Partner with Members to understand their business goals, target audiences and marketing challenges
Participate in and lead meetings and conference calls as needed.
Serve as the point person for determining all promotional content across all media channels. Coordinate website/digital changes, third-party print vendors, and others as needed.
Campaign / Program Development
Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, and events (may vary depending on Member needs)
Member Collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, presenting campaign proposals, and fostering strong relationships.
Must understand current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices and be able to articulate these into terms that clients can understand.
Create and present customer presentations and business reviews with precision and impact.
Drives retailer participation in advertising and manage co-op planning, utilization and submission process.
Performance Analysis
Manage marketing budgets and ensure all activities are delivered on time and within budget
Track and analyze campaign performance using data metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Insight Gathering & Trend Monitoring
Develop a deep understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, translating them into actionable insights to shape and inform programs.
Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Additional duties may be assigned to accommodate the changing demands of the role and organization

Job Qualifications:

Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for enterprise level accounts that align with business objectives and drive results
Deep understanding of the full range of marketing vehicles such as digital, social media, point-of-sale, promotions, sales materials, direct mail, etc., and the strategic application of all
Strong communication skills with attention to detail. In practice, this means creating promotional plans, packaging those plans to create an easy-to-follow program and pushing content through multiple channels and formats.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, with experience managing digital ad campaigns
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders concurrently
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop strategic solutions
High level of professionalism and excellent presentation skills
Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement
Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams as well as the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Five years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management or related area. At least 3 years of digital marketing experience required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline is required, MBA a plus

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
