This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Integrated Master Scheduler. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple advanced defense programs. The Integrated Master Scheduler will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that all contractual and technical requirements align with resource constraints and delivery goals. By accurately forecasting project timelines and identifying potential risks, this position plays a vital role in enhancing national security through precise planning and execution of laser weapon systems.
Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Statement of Work (SOW) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements.
- Modify and update program schedules and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Lead monthly schedule status reviews, communicating performance to Finance and preparing CDRL deliverables.
- Maintain resource-loaded program schedules through regular analysis of schedule status and critical path.
- Utilize project management techniques to monitor progress and identify performance variances.
- Ensure IMS compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
- Support ad hoc customer requests for scenario modeling and schedule impact assessments.
- Coordinate with program leadership to align schedules with deliverables and milestones.
- Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall IMS.
- Provide regular schedule status reports, metrics, and briefings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program scheduling within defense or aerospace industries.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6).
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) practices and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience with DCMA 14-point schedule analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
