Summary:
Join our 2-doctor practice as an Integrated Patient Services Coordinator and help manage surgical scheduling, prior authorizations, and DME coordination. This vital role ensures patients receive timely care, accurate documentation, and understand their financial responsibilities.


Key Duties:



  • Coordinate DME orders, approvals, and patient education

  • Schedule surgical procedures and relay cost shares

  • Obtain prior authorizations for surgery, imaging, and DME

  • Collaborate with billers for clean claim submission


Qualifications:



  • Experience in medical office settings preferred

  • Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and insurance verification

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • EHR and Microsoft Office proficiency
