$250 Sign-On Bonus Available!

New hires will receive the bonus after successfully completing 90 days of employment and remaining in good standing.

College Living Experience

College Living Experience (CLE) is a comprehensive college support program for neurodiverse young adults, including students with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. 

Our students attend local colleges while receiving individualized support across four core domains: Academics, Career Development, Social Skills, and Independent Living Skills. Through coaching, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we help students develop the confidence, skills, and independence needed to succeed in college, employment, relationships, and adult life.

We are seeking a Coach who is passionate about helping young adults achieve their goals across all aspects of life. In this role, you will provide individualized support tailored to each student's unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations. You will work collaboratively with students, families, and team members to help students build independence, self-confidence, and the skills necessary to thrive in their communities.

The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring young adults, building meaningful relationships, and supporting growth across academics, career readiness, social development, and independent living.

What You'll Do

Academic Support

• Provide individualized academic coaching and tutoring based on student needs.
• Support executive functioning skills, including organization, time management, planning, study strategies, and self-advocacy.
• Help students develop effective learning habits and utilize campus resources.
• Assist students in setting and achieving academic goals.

Career Development

• Support students in exploring career interests, strengths, and employment goals.
• Assist with resumes, cover letters, job applications, and interview preparation.
• Help students develop workplace readiness skills and  professional communication.
• Support participation in internships, volunteer opportunities, and employment experiences.
• Connect students with career-related resources and opportunities within the community.

Social Skills Development

• Coach students in developing healthy relationships, communication skills, and social confidence.
• Support participation in campus and community activities.
• Facilitate opportunities for social engagement and community involvement.
• Help students navigate interpersonal challenges and build self-awareness.

Independent Living Skills

• Support students in developing daily living skills that promote independence.
• Reinforce skills such as budgeting, transportation, scheduling, meal planning, personal responsibility, and problem-solving.
• Help students establish routines and systems that contribute to long-term success.
• Encourage self-advocacy and independent decision-making.

Documentation & Team Collaboration

• Maintain accurate student documentation and progress notes in BestNotes.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding student progress and support needs.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across all four domains to provide coordinated, holistic support.

Transportation Requirements

This role includes travel between work sites and transporting students as needed.

Applicants must:

• Possess a valid driver’s license

• Have at least one year of licensed driving experience

• Meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, counseling, or a related field

• Two years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals or young adults preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build supportive relationships while encouraging student independence

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
