Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:
- Administrative Support:
- You provide essential administrative support to the Operations teams.
- This includes but is not limited to supporting the VP of Patient Services with calendaring and expenses; supporting updates to department policy, procedure and guidance documentation, facilitating translations as indicated; triaging shared inboxes and processing requests for assistance; supporting management of Medical Services SharePoint; and supporting Committees and specifically the Change Management Committee (CMC) with meeting support (scheduling, agendas, record keeping) and organizing change proposals and approvals, including publishing the Change Queue and triaging the Medical Services Communications inbox.
- You may provide calendaring and other types of administrative support to other department leaders as assigned by the Administrative Manager.
- You help improve department workflow and efficiency by identifying priorities and developing and implementing effective office systems and procedures; you regularly assess systems used in daily work for improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency.
- You handle select matters expeditiously and proactively, following them through to successful completion.
- Project Coordination & Assistance:
- You assist Project Managers with various projects and initiatives that improve operations and are aligned with strategic priorities, managing the administrative logistics of various projects.
- This may include but is not limited to managing meeting invites, assisting PMs with crafting meeting agendas, taking notes and helping to manage the project plan, communicating with stakeholders regarding task and project deadlines, and drafting operational tools and resources.
- You maintain consistent communication with multiple stakeholders regarding task and project deadlines.
- You may coordinate various small projects and initiatives with the support and guidance of Project Managers.
- You improve department workflow and efficiency by identifying priorities and developing and implementing effective office systems and procedures.
Salary Range: $21.84 to $26.08/hr
*Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $21.84-$23.96/hr and based on related professional experience
