Flex Technology Group is hiring an Integration Architect, the salary range for this role is $108k-$141k dependent on experience.

The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust integration solutions across various platforms and systems. The position will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity that best supports business operations and strategic initiatives. The Integration Architect is responsible for ensuring integrations are viable and effective, per the needs of the organization. They are responsible for the analysis, configuration, development, and maintenance of integration processes. They work closely with subject matter experts while designing the integration strategy.

The Integration Architect will support and manage existing Jitterbit integrations and provide the requirements and guidelines to ensure source and target systems data management aligns with the needs of the integration.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Create new and manage existing Jitterbit integrations.

• Support the IT strategy for integrations and integration endpoints.

• Create, maintain, and update integrations using a variety of endpoints.

• Explore various integration solutions and apply sound decision making.

• Advise on the overall data management process.

• Proactively find creative solutions which are highly effective and low risk.

• Contribute to the overall blueprint for the organization's integration strategy.

• Create and maintain documentation for current state.

• Provide current versus future state recommendations.

• Preserve integrity by ensuring technical designs do not conflict with one another.

• Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively.

• Provide integration expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the analysis and design of the FlexTG integration roadmap.

• Manage complex system changes and implementations in UKG Ready.

• Provide solutions which meet the needs of both HRIS users and integration processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related experience.

• 5+ years' experience designing and building system integrations, across internal and external source and target systems.

• Experience with integrating HRIS and other enterprise solutions, such as ERP, CRM, and Identity Management systems.

• Experience using the Jitterbit platform to create ETL solutions, including the use of REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, and scripts.

• Exposure to system administration, especially HRIS systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience serving as a Systems/Business Analyst or technical resource on a project.

• Must partner well with business subject matter experts to understand and analyze impacts to business processes.

• Must be willing and able to document requirements documentation and architecture diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating with business applications, such as UKG Ready HRIS, Service Now, Dynamics 365, eAutomate ERP.
• Experience integrating with Identity Management systems, such as Active Directory, Okta.

• Advanced Excel skills and Smartsheet.

• Project management experience.

• Skilled in JavaScript or similar programming language.

• Experience with databases and SQL.
