Job Description - Integration Consultant - California
Role and Responsibilities
Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the Dental Monitoring suite of solutions
Nurturing existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the Dental Monitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
Building strong relationships with customers so they endorse the Dental Monitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the Dental Monitoring products
Acting as a technical bridge between the customers Dental Monitoring platform
Supporting and attending local trade shows
Work and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives in order to provide the best onboarding experience for the customer
Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers’ hesitations to adopt a disruptive technology
Traveling up to 60% to train and support in person office implementation
Regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices
Share best practices with fellow colleagues
Share market surveillance with management and marketing
Information Security
Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security
Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures
Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
Quality and Regulatory Compliance
Be vigilant and responsible for your product quality and performed activities.
Carry out tasks in accordance with applicable quality/regulatory policy and procedures.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.
Report any observed or suspected materiovigilance in our QMS, and any irregularities related to our products and activities.
Be aware that a product defect can occur as a result of improper execution of a task performed.
Essential Qualifications
5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree
3+ years of consultative experience
2+ years amount of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent experience)
A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
