The role focuses on connecting AI agents, LLM-based systems, and multi-agent orchestration platforms with enterprise applications, data sources, and external systems to deliver end-to-end intelligent automation solutions.\n\nDay to Day job Duties: \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\\- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems.\n\n\\- Build secure, scalable APIs and event-driven integrations.\n\n\\- Integrate AI agent workflows with business applications, data platforms, and cloud services.\n\n\\- Collaborate with AI engineers, platform teams, and solution architects.\n\n\\- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of integration layers.\n\nAI Agentic Integration Responsibilities\n\n\\- Enable communication between autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.\n\n\\- Integrate LLM-based agents with tools, APIs, and external services.\n\n\\- Support agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, and decision pipelines.\n\n\\- Implement observability, logging, and traceability for agent interactions.\n\nTechnical Skills \u0026 Tools\n\n\\- Strong experience with REST, GraphQL, and event-driven APIs.\n\n\\- Experience with messaging and streaming platforms (Kafka, SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ).\n\n\\- Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI systems integration (LLMs, RAG pipelines).\n\n\\- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n\\- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Node.js.\n\nSecurity, Compliance \u0026 Governance\n\n\\- Ensure secure data exchange, authentication, and authorization.\n\n\\- Implement best practices for data privacy and access control.\n\n\\- Support auditability and governance requirements for AI-driven workflows.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience\n\n\\- 5+ years of experience in integration engineering or middleware development.\n\n\\- Experience integrating complex distributed systems.\n\n\\- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML).\n\n\\- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\\- Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration platforms.\n\n\\- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.\n\n\\- Exposure to enterprise integration platforms or iPaaS solutions.\n\nSoft Skills\n\n\\- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n\\- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\n\\- Ability to translate business needs into technical integrations.\n\nWhy Join Us\n\nThis role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI Agentic solutions and build the connective tissue between intelligent systems and enterprise platforms, enabling scalable automation and innovation.\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
