Job Description - Integration Executive Administrative Assistant

Eaton is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support acquisition integration leadership. This role provides direct administrative and coordination support to the Integration Leader and Integration Team, enabling efficient execution of integration priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n\nThis position will be based in Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH \u2013 candidates must be local and commutable to this location as relocation assistance is not available. Minimal travel is expected.\n\nEaton is a global intelligent power management company with revenues of $27.4B in 2025. We are a growth company committed to doing business right.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. \n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n\u2022 Provide high-impact administrative and coordination support to integration leadership and workstreams \n\u2022 Coordinate calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel for integration leaders and stakeholders \n\u2022 Prepare and consolidate integration presentations and materials for leadership and steering committee meetings \n\u2022 Plan and execute large-scale integration events, including site visits, workshops, and leadership engagements \n\u2022 Support integration reporting, dashboards, and leadership communications \n\u2022 Prepare and reconcile T\u0026E and related expense reports \n\u2022 Partner with other administrative professionals to support broader administrative needs\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent \n\u2022 Minimum 10 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, or in program/integration support \n\u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word) \n\u2022 Must reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH or Pittsburgh, PA (active-duty military exempt); No relocation offered \n\u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. \n \nPreferred Qualifications \n\u2022 Associate\u2019s Degree \n\u2022 Minimum 5 years supporting executive-level leaders or complex, cross-functional initiatives \n\u2022 Experience within a multi-billion dollar, multinational organization \n\u2022 Experience supporting M\u0026A, integrations, or large transformation programs \n\u2022 Exposure to operations, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate integration teams\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion \n\u2022 High reliability, professionalism, and ethical standards \n\u2022 Proactive and adaptable with the ability to manage shifting priorities \n\u2022 Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills \n\u2022 Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
