Description

About Allied OMS

Allied OMS is a doctor-owned, doctor-led, and doctor-governed management services organization (MSO) in the oral and maxillofacial surgery space that combines the best of private practice with the best of private equity.

Leveraging decades of experience building platform businesses in the healthcare industry and collectively owned by member surgeons, private equity, and management consulting veterans, Allied OMS offers essential tools for maximizing practice value.

Grounded in clinical excellence, doctors in the Allied OMS network maintain essential roles in management, governance, and clinical practice and participate directly in the platform's growth. Seventy-five percent of the Allied OMS board of directors are doctor members, and Allied OMS doctors lead 100% of the platform's management committees.

Founded in 2020 in partnership with DuneGlass Capital, a healthcare services-focused independent sponsor, the Allied OMS network now includes 85 doctors serving patients from 51 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Integration Manager to lead the successful onboarding of newly acquired oral surgery practices and support the pre-launch planning of new (de novo) locations. This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless transition into our platform by managing post-acquisition integration, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving accountability across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Post-Acquisition Integration

  • Lead and manage the post-acquisition integration plan for newly acquired oral surgery practices
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new practices during the onboarding process
  • Support practice teams through change management, including the adoption of new systems, workflows, vendors, and internal processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Accounting, etc.) to ensure timely execution of the integration plan
  • Track progress and proactively identify risks or delays; escalate as needed to ensure accountability and momentum
  • Help to identify and recommend opportunities for improved efficiency, consistency, or performance in newly acquired practices
  • Build strong relationships with practice leadership and internal stakeholders to facilitate trust and collaboration

De Novo Support

  • Coordinate internal workflows related to systems setup, vendor onboarding, and pre-opening operational readiness
  • Assist with go-live support and ensure new practices are fully prepared to operate successfully on day one

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, ideally with exposure to integration, project management, or change management
  • Previous experience as a practice administrator or operations leader in an oral surgery or dental setting is strongly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence and hold others accountable in a respectful, collaborative manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with practice management systems (e.g., WinOMS, Dentrix, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)

Why Allied OMS?

Join us for a role that offers not only a competitive salary and benefits package but also the chance to be at the forefront of transforming the way oral surgery practices operate. At Allied OMS, your project management expertise will directly influence our growth and success.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to provide sponsorship. Allied OMS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
