Integrations Leader

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in welcoming new practices into the SOP culture. As an Integration Leader, you’ll serve as the key relationship manager and guide for partner doctors and practice leaders during their first 100 days with us. You’ll ensure that each new partner is set up for long-term success by coordinating onboarding, training, and integration activities across our growing platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead integration activities for newly acquired practices, building tailored plans and master schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner doctors and practice leaders during onboarding.
• Facilitate orientation sessions, training, and best practice adoption.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SOP teams to meet key integration timelines.
• Use project management tools (like SmartSheet) to track deliverables and progress.
• Build strong relationships and create a seamless handoff from Business Development to Operations.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance integration efficiency and partner experience.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, integrations, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SmartSheet preferred).
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; healthcare/orthodontic experience a plus.
