HireNow Staffing is partnering with a top-tier regional law firm in their search for a talented Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join their growing team in Nashville, TN. This full-time, onsite position offers an excellent opportunity for a 2nd to 4th-year associate to build their career in a supportive and well-established IP practice.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work on a wide range of intellectual property matters, both domestic and international. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 24 years of law firm experience (strictly within this range)

• Licensed to practice in Tennessee, or eligible for admission by waiver

• Strong academic background and stable employment history

Preferred Experience Includes:

• U.S. and international trademark prosecution

• Trademark clearance and brand strategy consulting

• IP licensing and transactional support

• Domain name enforcement and UDRP proceedings

• Trademark portfolio management, including international coordination

• Soft enforcement of IP rights

• Advising clients on global IP strategies
