Patent Litigator Requirements:

2-5 years of IP litigation experience, with an emphasis on patent cases
Minimum BS from a STEM curriculum (i.e., patent bar eligibility)
JD, MA state bar
USPTO registration preferred
Stable work history
Excellent academic credentials
