Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interface & Stakeholder Manager to join our team in KSA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing interfaces between various departments and systems while cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Develop and implement interface management strategies to ensure seamless integration between different departments and systems
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate interface-related risks and issues
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and oversee interface-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Develop and maintain interface documentation, including interface agreements and control documents
  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and engagement activities
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on interface management and stakeholder engagement to senior management
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Continuously improve interface management processes and stakeholder engagement strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Willing to relocate to KSA and ready to join immediately.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface management, stakeholder management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • In-depth knowledge of interface management principles and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Solid understanding of cross-functional business processes
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices
  • Fluency in English required; 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
