Responsibilities of the Interface Support Analyst include: The Interface Support Analyst will help customers with interface issues. You will manage data alerts, communicate with clients and vendors, and resolve problems quickly. The candidate will also handle ad-hoc requests from customers.
Qualifications for the Interface Support Analyst include: 1+ years of experience Experience handling inquiries about existing data feeds, providing troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly is desired. Experience using Javascript, XML, Mirth Connect, HL7 Interfaces, and FHIR resources is a plus Experience working in a healthcare environment. Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or information systems, preferred.
Compensation for Interface Support Analyst:
Salary Range:
$75k-$85k depending on experience
