Job Description - Interim Associate Director

United Action for Youth is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interim Associate Director to support the Executive Director in strengthening the organization’s internal operations and infrastructure during a key transitional period. This role will focus on streamlining job descriptions, enhancing grant management processes, refining agency policies and procedures, maintaining a budget and improving overall organizational efficiency. Interim Associate Director will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while working closely with program, administrative, and development staff.
