You are a CFO with over 5 years of experience working for a non-profit with a Masters degree and advanced Excel, QuickBooks and Salesforce knowledge.
 
This position pays: $70 to $95 per hour
 
What you will be doing:

·         Provide financial modeling, forecasting and strategic analysis for new business models, program development, investment opportunities and assist in negotiating contracts.

·         Lead all financial management functions, including budgeting, analysis, planning, and reporting.

·         Develop the organization’s annual operating, capital, and cash flow budgets.

·         Manage the preparation of contracts, grant, and proposal budgets.

·         Oversee contract and grant financial reporting process.

·         Lead the accounting team in providing timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial reports and reports and analysis of performance against budget.

·         Prepare annual financial statements and oversee the audit of financial statements.

·         Ensure compliance with financial accounting standards relevant to government accounting requirements.

·         Maintain and periodically update policies, practices, and procedures.

What you bring:

·         Master’s degree in finance, accounting or business preferred.

·         More than 5 years of progressive experience specifically for a non-profit preferred.

·         Knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce software preferred.

·         Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software preferred.
