Step into a leadership position that combines your love for working with children and your desire to grow professionally. As an Interim Child Care Lead Instructor, you'll be the heartbeat of our after-school program, creating engaging experiences for kindergarten through 5th-grade students. 

Your Role Will Include:

• Ensuring the wellbeing and security of all enrolled children.
• Implementing behavior intervention strategies and creating an inclusive environment.
• Training and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
• Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality programming standards.
• Building strong relationships with families and maintaining excellent communication.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in child-related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience working with school age children (minimum).
• School-age care experience (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting pay $27.04/hour. 

Locations & Shift Times:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours/day).
• Duration: Interim position from August 18, 2025 through December 1, 2025.
• Location: Plymouth Creek Elementary School.
