Qualifications:

* New Jersey State Principal's Certificate.

* Minimum of five years successful experience as an administrator in a similarly sized public high school.

* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Desirable Leadership Characteristics:

* Familiar with teacher/administrator evaluation requirements;

* Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of technology, budget, program evaluation, data analysis, staff development and school/district improvement;

* Strong interpersonal, communication, project management and computer skills.
