Interior Car Wash Specialist- Metro Express Car Wash

Description

Interior Customer Service Representatives interact with our customers from the time they pull into the express interior bay until they leave in a shiny, clean car. You will work beside our leadership team with a focus on learning how to uphold the Metro Standard. Which consists of our core values while keeping focus on a great team environment, customer service, and excellence. Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention

• Guide cars to the optimal interior lane to enhance the speed and quality of the customer experience
• Perform express interior car wash services; including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and dry off the exterior of the car after the wash
• Wash dirty towels used in the cleaning process and fold clean towels for immediate use
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and clutter-free conditions throughout the interior area and property.
• Monitor towel usage and replenish supplies as needed

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending and stretching as required
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, cleaning or a similar role is a plus
• Integrity and passion for customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time during your shift
• Willingness to contribute to a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and protocols
