We design spaces that help people thrive—through discovery, innovation, friendship, laughter, care, healing, collaboration, hands-on learning, memories, breakthroughs, and joy. We believe the intersection of design, market expertise, and technical excellence creates environments that positively impact people and the planet.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and development of architectural and interior projects
  • Create drawings, models, and presentations in tools like Revit, Rhino, and Affinity
  • Contribute to design concepts, documentation, and client presentations
  • Research materials, precedents, and sustainable solutions
  • Develop strong visual and verbal communication of ideas through sketches, models, and digital tools
  • Build and iterate design concepts in 3D using modeling and visualization software
  • Assist with drawing sets, permitting activities, and client presentation materials
  • Support Environmental Graphic Design projects, including wayfinding, signage systems, branded environments, and experiential graphics

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of professional experience working on a variety of project types
  • Strong spatial thinking and awareness of human-centered design
  • Creative mindset with the ability to explore, test, and evolve ideas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback
  • Thoughtful, analytical, and comfortable asking questions and considering different perspectives
  • Skilled in design modeling, graphics, and visual communication
