We give our design professionals a great store reputation, strong customer support and the creative freedom they need to get the job done. We are seeking individuals with proven success in an interior design related field and those who are first and foremost passionate about connecting with and servicing our customers.

A curious, enthusiastic, friendly and energetic attitude are crucial to success. An ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a strong interest in design and a minimum of 2 years interior design experience or education in interior design. Previous retail sales experience, interior design knowledge with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service are required.

Poppleton's is a full service Interior Design firm and Fine Furniture showroom. Our store first opened in 1981 and has grown to the 16,000 square foot showroom that you see in Monterey today. We carry over 100 of the finest furniture brands and have helped furnish homes coast to coast. Our Interior Designers love what they do, and it shows in every project. Our clients include CEO's of large companies, sports figures, and celebrities. We help furnish homes of all sizes from villas to beach cottages and everything in between. We hold ourselves and our team to very high standards. The Poppleton's team share a belief in first-class strategy.
