Thomas Park Design is hiring a seasoned interior designer to join our growing team. This role is for someone who knows commercial design inside and out, from concept to closeout, and brings both strategy and style to every square foot.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial interior design experience
A strong portfolio that shows both design sensibility and technical skill
Strategic and detail-oriented, you translate big-picture business goals into spatial strategies - without losing sight of the finish schedule or millwork details
Ability to lead projects and present with confidence (internally and to clients)
Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard tools
A knack for storytelling through space
Bonus Points If You...
Have worked in multifamily, senior living, or experience-based retail
Understand FF&E specs and procurement processes
Can speak to how design impacts ROI, tenant experience, or operational efficiency
