Intermediate Software Developer (PHP- Javascrpit)

Aspire Software is looking for an Intermediate Software Developer (PHP- Javascrpit) to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role

Seeking a software engineer with experience in developing production software, preferably using PHP as the server-side language. The role will consist entirely of developing our Ad Orbit platform, an all-in-one SAAS solution for publishers and media companies. This includes fixing defects in existing functionality and adding new capabilities to the product. This position includes full-stack development, where you will work with both backend and frontend components ad the objectives require.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and enhance product features across our platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to define and refine technical requirements
• Create and maintain scalable database models and architecture
• Develop both frontend and backend components of our web applications
• Work with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Integrate with third-party platforms and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Use AI development tools to improve accuracy and efficiency

• 2+ years of professional experience working with PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Git
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Experience using AI tools in the development process
• Comfortable working in a team-focused, agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience developing production code in a professional setting: 2 years
• Working with PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Git: 2 years

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with SCSS and jQuery
• Experience working with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks

Bonus Points For

• Experience integrating with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, or Google Ad Manager
