Description

Job Summary

Lead, plan, and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. Gather required data from stakeholders to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create plans to execute the project. Serve as liaison in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure projects are completed on schedule. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned technology projects to ensure adherence to schedule and scope
  • Sets and tracks project milestones and realigns when necessary
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans providing status updates to affected stakeholders
  • Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Specifications

Experience

Minimum Required

  • Minimum of five years of project management experience, managing projects with moderate to high complexity. Project management experience must include the ability to have managed projects from strategy through implementation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred/Desired

  • Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, OIC, FDI, or related technologies).
  • Experience within healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting ERP release management and testing programs.

Education

Minimum Required

  • Bachelors degree with major in healthcare, technology, or business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training

Preferred/Desired

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or comparable project management certification.
  • Understanding of ITIL, change management, and governance processes.
