Intern, People Culture (Human Resources) - Hiring Immediately

Who are you?  

 Analysis Prime is looking to hire a part-time (remote or hybrid) Intern to support the People & Culture department and HR functions.  

This role will be administrative in nature but will expose the individual to a wide variety of HR and Payroll related tasks, opportunities, and projects.  

This position will be perfect for someone who is continually learning, willing to bring creativity and professionalism to the role, and likes to learn new things and take on new projects.  

Proficiency in MS Office tools and attention to detail are important to success in this role.  

The ideal candidate is currently in an undergrad or graduate program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar, who is excited to take on a diversity of HR-related projects including: 

• Supporting internal administrative reporting and requirements for People + Culture (and Finance as requested) 
• Talent Acquisition support including scheduling, and coordination of interviews 
• Management of Employee Engagement awards and gifts program
• Crafting employee update letters 

• • Including compensation change notices 
• Benefit and Employee record changes 

• Reporting to include (but not limited to):
  • Bonus and commission reporting  
  • Payroll reporting
  • Benefits and Performance Status reporting
  • Talent Acquisition reporting
• Assisting Head of People + Culture with training and compliance projects 
• Supporting payroll related responsibilities with mentorship of Financial Controller 

• Responding to state compliance requests 

• Supporting coordination of benefits administration and enrollment records during Open Enrollment 
  
• Additional projects and assignments as needed 

Our ideal candidate will be able to commit 15-20 hours per week in a hybrid capacity in the Philadelphia or Naperville office. Candidates with an interest in exploring data analytics will benefit from our internal learning and development resources and internal LMS as well as strong mentorship. The target duration for this role is expected to last approximately 4-6 months.
