Internal Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Internal Account Manager (IAM) will be responsible for lead generation, upsells and total attainment of laboratory diagnostic services to accounts within an assigned territory through tele-sales as well as in person visits. The IAM book of business typically consists of accounts with less than $4,000 average monthly revenue.

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma.
Two (2) years’ experience in a sales or client services capacity in a Healthcare environment.
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences, or comparable career experience
Knowledge of

Healthcare/Laboratory

Industry and general economics of business
Additional related education and/or experience.
