EMSTA DISCOUNT APPLICATION

*Internal applicants will be members of the Lakeside Fire Protection District from the rank of EMT or Reserve Firefighter

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

INFORMATION:

This application is only for discounted tuition for up to one (1) student with EMSTA.  This is for the next class starting July 2026. The discount is 50% of the tuition only, not including materials, supplies, and other fees. Continued employment with the District is required to continue receiving the discount.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a current EMT or Reserve Firefighter with the Lakeside Fire Protection District

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Interested candidates can apply by submitting a District application and attaching the following items:

• Resume, detailing education and experience

TESTING PROCESS:

The applications submitted will be screened and the most qualified applicants will be invited to our testing process which may include the following components:

• Oral interview - June 22, 2026
